Deflection Images
A book made from Michael Greenblatt's lecture Deflection, that uses all of the author's reference and research materials as additional content. The book is constructed entirely from screen captures of arrangements on a computer desktop simulating a book layout. The book conceives of the desktop as an image, a surface, and a literal text that is readable through the positioning of layered elements that both obscure each other and combine together to form meaning.
